Oklahoma Cannabis Industry Association (OCIA)
The Oklahoma Cannabis Industry Association (OCIA) is the state’s longest‑standing, broad‑based trade association representing the full spectrum of Oklahoma’s medical cannabis industry. Since the earliest days of legalization, OCIA has worked to support growers, processors, dispensaries, and ancillary businesses through advocacy, education, and responsible industry standards.
OCIA’s mission is simple: To promote a safe, stable, and sustainable cannabis market in Oklahoma by working directly with lawmakers, regulators, and industry leaders.
What OCIA Does
- Legislative Advocacy — OCIA actively engages at the Capitol to protect patient access, reduce harmful regulations, and support fair, sensible cannabis policy.
- Regulatory Support — The association works with OMMA, OBNDD, and other agencies to improve compliance processes and reduce unnecessary burdens on licensees.
- Industry Education — OCIA provides updates, training, and resources to help businesses stay informed and compliant.
- Community & Collaboration — By bringing together operators from across the state, OCIA strengthens the industry’s collective voice and fosters a culture of shared success.
